Paul joined DUAL International as Chief Operating Officer in January 2008. Prior to this, Paul was the Director in charge of the highly successful Claims Division and Head of Compliance at Howden.

Paul joined the Hyperion Group in 1997 from Nelson Hurst & Marsh Limited (now part of Lockton), where he was the Claims Manager.  He was instrumental in settling some of the largest PI claims ever brought in the UK and in providing risk management services to Nelson Hurst's key clients. Paul has also placed insurance for Lloyd's brokers and major London law firms, as well as working as a claims handler for insurers.
