DUAL underwriters have intimate knowledge of the particular needs of the clients operating in the territories that DUAL serves. Furthermore, these are underwriting skills that can only come through experience in and service to the Mid-Market sector. DUAL is proud of the expertise of its underwriters, earned through years of practical hard work. We also distinguish ourselves in an industry that is constantly changing by offering customers an underwriting team marked by stability and longevity.

These characteristics are not limited to DUAL's risk underwriters. The same is true of our claims teams. We believe that the value of bespoke product design and of risk assessment is completely lost if the service breaks down at the time of a claim. Our underwriters are adept at loss mitigation techniques and claims settlement strategies.
