We are able to provide innovative products at competitive premiums because our creative 'front office' is supported by an efficient, standardised 'back office'. We also seek ways to reduce frictional costs, the costs that can make Mid-Market products too expensive for many smaller buyers

A significant initiative in this area is DUAL's on-line quoting engine, 'IQE' which provides brokers with immediate, 24 hour quoting and binding capability. IQE also offers a built-in portfolio management system which allows brokers to efficiently administer multiple quotes for multiple products. The system also allows brokers to capture production statistics and placement information. Administrative time and cost can also be reduced through IQE's instant policy production capability.

DUAL also provides clients and brokers with support and advice on such matters as legal and claims development and loss prevention.
